Refund policy
We have a 90-day replacement policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to notify us of any mistakes and request a reprint.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the product being shipped. Once an item is shipped, it can not be canceled.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at hello@onedaydiplomas.com, we’ll send you instructions on how to start the reprint process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items where you have previously approved a PDF proof. However, we can help fix any errors or mistakes.
Reprints
We will fix and replace any items where we have made an error at no cost to you. If you made an error on your order or approved a PDF prior to shipping, we may charge a reprint fee.
